My name is Adefisan Idowu Elijah. I received my PhD in anatomy (forensic anthropology) from the
University of Port Harcourt, a Masters in anatomy from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor’s degree
in anatomy from the University of Port Harcourt. My research interests include forensic anthropology,
comparative anatomy, and population genetics. This is centered on understanding the human body, its
variability between populations and how it has evolved over time, with a focus on using this knowledge to
inform forensic and medical practice.
As a researcher and practitioner in the field of education, I have a strong interest in the scholarship of
education. My passion lies in understanding the complexities of the educational system and identifying
ways to improve the learning experiences of students.
In addition to these, I am a dedicated mentor, classical music lover, a dedicated family man and a Christian.
