The National Workshop on “IACUC in Nigeria” is a non-residential event. Delegates are responsible for their accommodation for the duration of the workshop in ONDO CITY. However, Workshop Organizers have arranged opportunities with other Hotels nearby for the comfort of delegate. There will be shuttle transportation to and from the Hotels listed on this web page if delegates choose to reside there.

Accommodation should be booked directly and independently with the hotels online or by phone.

Air-Conditioning: Each room should be fitted with individual digital thermostat control for the central air conditioning unit, The temperature and the fan speed can be adjusted to the level you feel comfortable. You should be paying for your comfort.

Medical Emergency: Should you require medical attention, [An illness, injury, symptom or condition so serious that a reasonable person would seek care right away to avoid severe harm]. Please call the emergency number provided to Attendees (in your package) and notify the Hotel management immediately for immediate assistance. Kindly ensure to report the incidence to the Conference planning team. It is important that you have active medical insurance.

Safety And security: We strongly advise all attendee to always remain vigilante, lock the door to your rooms and do not leave valuables lying around. Ensure to move in groups and with the transportation buses for the conference, unless where you have made your own provisions.
