I am Dr Cornelius Ozobia Ukah; a professor of Anatomic Pathology with bias for Neuropathology.
I joined the university system, as a lecturer I, on August 2008 at the Department of Histopathology of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Anambra State, Nigeria.
Since I joined the university, I have been updating my knowledge through further education and involvement in collaborative scientific researches. Likewise, I have been acquiring administrative experiences through memberships of various committees, by virtue of being a head of department, and as a member of university Senate.
I have won awards and commendations from Vice-Chancellors, Provosts of College of Health Sciences, Deans of Faculty of Medicine, and from my students at different times.
I have served as external examiner for MBBS professional examination in Pathology at different universities across Nigeria.
I am currently on Sabbatical leave at University of Medical Sciences, Laje Road, Ondo City, Ondo State, Nigeria.
My research interest is on Alzheimer's disease.
