I am an Associate Professor of Public Health and Community Medicine with the degrees of MBBS, MPH, PhD, FAIPH and PhD Public Health. My philosophy is to provide quality teaching and training of students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, conduct quality research and provide community based services – all in line with the mission and vision of the University of Medical Sciences Ondo. My research interest is in the epidemiology and control of communicable and non-communicable diseases. I have supervised students at undergraduate, Masters, PhD and Fellowship levels. I have about 80 publications in scholarly visible journals.
I have some special skills in the teaching of mathematical modeling of diseases, survival analysis and linkage between climate change and health and skills relating to public health programmes. Through these initiatives, the mission and vision of the University would be greatly enhanced.
