Borokini Funmilayo Bosede is a Chemistry lecturer and researcher with years of postgraduate teaching and research experience in both secondary and tertiary institutions in Nigeria. She is currently a chemistry lecturer in the Department of Chemistry, University of Medical Sciences, Ondo City, Ondo State, Nigeria. She had her Ph.D in Food chemistry from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria, and Master of Technology in Industrial/Analytical Chemistry from the same university. Her Bachelor of Science degree was in Chemistry, from University of Ilorin. With research interest is Natural products, she has a number of published articles on polyphenolic components and antioxidant potentials of some Nigeria underutilized vegetables and mushrooms; cultivation and utilization of such underutilized plants with rich antioxidant potential have been promoted to her credit. Through her teaching career, many students have been mentored, and academic knowledge, skills and morals imparted to them.
