Mr. Anthony Jejelaye is an unmarried occupational therapist who was born in Ibadan, Oyo State Nigeria on January 13, 1991.
He earned BMR (Occupational Therapy) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and MSc (Occupational Therapy) from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), Johannesburg. His academic awards include the Shell Petroleum Development Company Award, IFUTSA Awards, Wits Postgraduate Merit Award, Faculty Research Grant, UCT-NRF-WFOT Congress Grant, among others.
He has over five years of experience as an occupational therapist at public and private hospitals, rehabilitation centers, schools, and research facilities. He has contributed to the occupational therapy profession by publishing articles in internationally reputed journals bothering on occupational therapy services. Similarly, by attending, submitting abstract, and participating at WFOT, ICMRP, and OTARG Congresses.
He has leadership experience encompassing General Secretary of the Occupational Therapy Association of Nigeria (OTAN), Occupational Therapy Program Coordinator at Physio Center of Africa, IFUTSA Deputy Speaker, among others.
