Toluwalase has a B.Sc in psychology and also a P.gd in social works. She has worked as a teacher in neuro genesis group of schools and also as a marketing executive at patrac global limited in partnership with airtel network, Lagos. She assumed duty as an Admin Officer II at the Faculty of Nursing, Akure campus.
She believes that creativity in the workplace is the key to success.
