Mrs. C.O. Adeyemo, is a focused and committed nursing professional who is ready to safeguard the medical needs, comfort, and emotional wellbeing of patients under her care. She has excellent communication skills that enable her to develop a good rapport with the patients, their families, friends, and visitors. Cecilia also possesses excellent observational skills and is knowledgeable in a variety of specialist and complex fields such as; Nursing management and leadership skill, postnatal and antenatal care, midwifery (both normal and complicated deliveries), and general Nursing skills. In all her previous roles she has acted as a positive role model for her students and other staff. She is pertinent about improvement in nursing management roles and in her quest to contribute more to effective nursing management in bringing good patient outcomes and retention of nurses on their job. Hence her pursuit of a Ph.D. Nursing, focusing on “Nursing Management”.
