Captain Harrison Oladipo AKINFOYEWA (Rtd) was born on the 16th of November, 1959 in Ebuta Metta, Lagos State. He attended Methodist Primary School, Ilepete, Ilaje LGA of Ondo State (1966 – 1970) where he obtained his Primary School Leaving Certificate. He proceeded to Manuwa Memorial Grammar School, Iju- Odo, Okitipupa LG, Ondo State (1971- 1975).
He attended University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State (1978- 1983) where he bagged his First Degree in Economics. He began his Professional career in security at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna, Kaduna State in 1985 and served in various units/formation and capacities both in the Nigerian Army and internationally. He voluntarily retired from the Military in 1995. He is happily married with Children.
He was appointed as the CSO of the UNIMED, Ondo City, Ondo State on 5th August, 2021 and currently works with the University.
