ODUTAYO Oluwatofunmi Esther is a Biochemist with passion for innovative research and discovery. She has Ph.D , M.Sc and B.Tech Biochemistry from Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria, Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria, and Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria respectively. Her research specialty is Biotechnology and Molecular Biology. She has interests in research involving fermentation technology, probiotics, enzyme production, and functional foods. She enjoys visiting new places and meeting new faces.
