I Mrs Fatile Temidayo Racheal born on 17th April 1962, from Ajowa Akoko in Ondo state. I had my elementary and secondary schools in ondo state. I attended School of Nursing Ondo(1985), School of Midwifery Akure(1990) and obtained my Public Health Nursing at College of Health Technology Akure(2005). I proceeded to National Open University of Nigeria for First Degree in Nursing Science and Post Graduate Diploma in Education. I had Masters Degree in Public Health at Ladoke Akintola University Ogbomoso. I served as a Nurse in different Local Governments in Ondo State. I became the Head of Department of Public Health Nursing at Ondo State College of Health Technology Akure. I retired as Deputy Director Nursing from Ondo State Civil Service. I registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria(NMCN) as a Nurse(RN), Midwife (RM) and Public Health Nurse. My hobbies include reading and traveling.
