I am a highly organised professional with over three years of administrative experience in maintenance of the work flow of office in a fast paced environment. I handle divers administrative work and possess the ability to remain calm during busy hours while maintaining attention to details. I am an excellent communicator as well approachable and friendly with good staff and student’s relationship.
My core skills include attending to correspondence from staff and students, office procurement, typing and filling of official documents, writing of minutes of meeting, receiving and redirecting of telephone calls.
