I am Akintade, Feyisayo Doris, I hail from Okeigbo in Ondo State. I posses WAEC with Credit in Maths , English, Chemistry, Biology and Physics , I attended the School of College of Health Technology Akure and obtained Diploma l in Community Health Extension Worker with a Credit. Now a Registered CHEW, I love health Care practice and am passionate about caring for the sick and saving lives. I am hardworking, i enjoyed team work and am always focussed on achieving results.
