I am a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Biological Sciences, Faculty of Science, University of Medical Sciences Ondo City, Ondo State, Nigeria. I hold Postgraduate Diploma, M.Tech and Ph.D in Food Microbiology from Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. I teach courses and carry out research in areas of food microbiology and biotechnology. I am currently working on the Bio-converting renewable substrates by fungi and mushroom mycelia for food and activity guided screening of the bio actives for their potential nutraceutical properties of mushroom. I am a member of several professional bodies including Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World. I hold several certificates for participating in trainings and workshops. I have participated in many committees. I have attended many Conferences and workshop making significant contributions in curriculum development and knowledge transfer. I have authored and co-authored some publications including peer-reviewed journal publications and conference proceedings.
