I am a Speech Language Pathologist with over 30 years post qualification clinical experience.I have collaborated with other professional at international level to advocate for persons with speech, language and communication challenges.I worked as Nigeria representative in the International Cluttering Association .
I have participated in advocacy for persons living with Aphasia as a member of the ASHA multicultural Task force on Aphasia as well as promote information about Cluttering.I am currently carrying out a research on awareness of Stuttering and Cluttering among Hospital staff in Nigeria.
I like taking challenges and keeping abreast of my profession,hence i took up the challenge of getting a professional specialization at a time when there was scarcity of specialists in this area.
I would like to dedicate my time to Education, Advocacy,Research and mentoring the next generation of Speech,Language Therapists
My research interest is in the area of Aphasia,Dysphagia,Fluency and Brain as it relates to speech.
