Dr. Joshua Oluremi had his B.Sc in Food Science and Technology from University of Agriculture Abeokuta Ogun State in 1999, M.Sc in Food Technology from University of Ibadan. Oyo State in 2002 and Ph.D in Food Science from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State. Nigeria in 2018. He became Chief Lecturer in 2018. He has published 26 academic articles in reputable journals. He is the current external examiner for Food Technology Department of Federal Polytechnic, Idah Kogi State and Federal College of Freshwater and Fisheries Technology New Bussa, Niger State. He attended the 2nd World Summit and Expo on Food Technology and Probiotics in Las Vegas NV USA in 2017. His core research area is in Post-harvest Technology.
He crossed over to University of Medical Sciences Laje Road, Ondo. Ondo State on the 1st of December, 2023 in Food Science Department. He is happily married with children.
