I am an academic staff with Phd degree in Urban and Regional Planning. my area of specialization is Environmental management focusing on solid waste, this very related to public health hence,employed in the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences. I have over fifty publications in the related field of environmental management with majority on solid waste management. I have supervised over fifty MSc. thesis by research and seventeen Phd thesis in environmental management and perception. courses taught in the last five years include nature of Environmental science, Environment and Behaviour, Research techniques, quantitative techniques, Environmental Impact assessment and solid waste management. These are at the undergraduate level. At the postgraduate level courses taught include Research techniques, quantitative techniques, Environmental hazard and disaster management. I had being the Head of Department, Vice Dean of the Faculty, chairman faculty postgraduate and research committee and senate member of my university since 2008.
