Dr Janet Oluwatoyin Igbaro is a Senior Lecturer in the department of Food Science UNIMED. She holds a Ph.D in Food Processing, with interest in Food optimization, food nutrition, Food engineering, functional food and product development. Dr Igbaro has been working in the University for over thirteen (13) in Wesley University Ondo where she taught several courses in Food Engineering, Food Analysis and Food nutrition. She has several publications in peer reviewed journals and has presented several papers in national and international conferences. Dr Igbaro has gathered skills in Experimental Design Expert software, data collection, analysis and interpretation of data. Dr Igbaro is a registered member of Nigeria Institute of Food Science and Technology (NIFST), Institute of Dietetics in Nigeria (IDN), International Confederation of Dietetics Association (ICDA), Functional Food and Nutraceuticals Association of Nigeria and Teacher Registration Council of Nigeria. She is open to collaborations in Food processing.
