Mary Bose Remi, Oyewale is a Lecturer in Department of Food Science, UNIMED. She holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition with research specialization in Food Processing, Nutrition and Therapeutics with focus on functional foods for health conditions with neglected nutritional deficiencies. She was a teacher at Infant Jesus Academy, Asaba, Delta State (2006 -2008) where she taught Home Economics and, Food and Nutrition. She joined the services of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko Ondo State in 2009 as a Technologist II in the Department of Biochemistry, and rose through the ranks to the position of Assistant Chief Technologist in 2022, before withdrawing from her services in December, 2023 to start a lecturing career at University of Medical Sciences, Department of Food Science and Technology.
