Dr. Victor Oghenekparobo Emojevwe is an alumnus of Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria. He obtained B.Sc., M.Sc., and PhD degrees in physiology in 2008, 2012, and 2021, respectively. He joined academia as a lecturer at Achievers University, Owo, Ondo State, from 2013–2016 and later transferred to the University of Medical Sciences, Ondo City, Ondo State, in October 2016. Dr.V.O. Emojevwe is a member of the Physiological Society (Physoc), UK, and the Endocrine Society, UK. He is also a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Medicine and Medical Research. He has served in various capacities within the university in positions such as the Sub-Dean and Chairman of the Examination Committee of the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, and he is currently the Acting Head, Department of Physiology, University of Medical Sciences, Ondo, Nigeria. His areas of research interests include reproduction physiology, endocrinology, diabetes, hypertension, and the effects of medicinal plants on human physiology.
