Olufunke Mercy Iwaola is a Lecturer and researcher at the Department of Nursing Education and Administration, University of Medical Sciences, Ondo State, Nigeria. A Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, Registered Public Health Nurse, Registered Nurse Educator and a certified family planning provider.
She received her Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) and Post graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State. Masters of Science in Nursing (MSc) and PhD in Maternal and Child Health Nursing respectively at Babcock University, Ilishan, Ogun State, Nigeria. Her research area focuses on reduction of matenal and child health mortality rate. he has published papers in local and international journals. Her hobbies include researching, reading, cooking and traveling.
