Dr Toye Manuwa was born on the 3rd of September, 1957 and he is happily married with two children - Dr Sola Manuwa and Dr Tolu Manuwa.
He holds the following certificates: B.Sc, MSc, Ph.D (Political Science), PDE, HSC and WASC. He is a member of many professional bodies: TRCN,MNATT, MNAPSASS, MNPTEA, MNIM (Chartered) and FIPMII/5246.
As a lecturer at the Federal College of Education (Technical) Akoka, he rose to the post of chief lecturer. He taught and supervised students at the following levels: NCE, Postgraduate Diploma, B.Tech students in affiliation to Federal University of Technology Minna (FUTMINA) and BSc in affiliation to University of Benin. He was the coordinator of the University (FUTMINA) programme in the college.
He was one time HOD, Dean, Chairman Committee of Deans, Director, Deputy Provost and a member of the College Governing Council.
He is currently a senior Lecturer on contract at the UNIMED.
