The School of Nursing, Akure and School of Midwifery, Akure are defunct and do not admit students anymore. BEWARE OF FRAUDSTERS. The last set of students of the Basic Nursing Programme graduated in November 2020; while, the last set of the Basic Midwifery students is due to graduate in September 2021.

All the 48 students in the last set of the Basic Nursing Programme who sat for the November 2020 Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria’s Professional Qualifying Examination (RN), passed; giving the University 100% - 10 of the students had Credit passes.
