Welcome to the Bursary Department of the University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), Ondo City, Nigeria.  - The University's fund keeper.  Our Department is responsible for the efficient financial service delivery to all our stakeholders.

 

Our mission is to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting based on principles of transparency, efficiency, and accountability. Our Department is staffed with seasoned professionally trained employees who are willing to use their up to date skills and technical know-how to satisfy your inquiries with courtesy and diligence. Our core values are honesty and integrity. We are happy to respond to any of your questions relating to our responsibility for finance.

Bursar.

Objectives

        1.   The Bursary department are the Chief Financial Officer of the University.

2.   Bursary department shall supervise the preparation on annual budgets and allocation of funds to the various units of the proposed University following the approval of the Council.

3.   They shall initiate the procedures for auditing the accounts of the University and present same for consideration to the Council.

4.   They shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the day-to-day administration and control of the financial affairs of the proposed University.
